I've been with ST for a long time, probably 15 years. The reception you will get depends on the towers your phone volition employ. For example, my old phone worked off AT&T towers, so my reception was so-then. I could make calls and texts, but sometimes my texts would accept 2 minutes to leave my telephone. Simply I upgraded to a 5G phone that runs off Verizon towers, so now my service is lightning fast. It does things as fast equally my fingers can motion. It's crawly! Different phones will work off different towers, so do your enquiry and talk to others in your surface area to find out which companies accept skillful coverage.
Now the bad. Customer Service. It's abysmal. Information technology used to be really good and y'all could go your phone upwards and running in less than an hour. But my new phone switched from at&t to Verizon, it took over 20 calls over a 2 twenty-four hour period catamenia to get my number ported from i to the other. I could get to a certain point in the phone call and then I got cutting off. 20 times. I'thousand non joking---my roommate and I counted! I finally went to bed and tried the next twenty-four hour period. Same thing. But finally the universe smiled on me and I got continued to the right person and she had information technology upwards and running in less than two minutes. Information technology was beyond frustrating. It was so bad I had chosen Mint Mobile and ordered a trial pack. So, in conclusion, as long as it is working, life is great. If yous have to telephone call customer service, God exist with you.

Salve $thirty each month. Start upward was difficult. If using FedEx commitment, use the more feel service pick, or buy at WalMart. Went to library and used WiFi until phone number transferred. It'due south a chip catchy if you keep your ain number. Smashing speed and access.

Reliable service is very important to me. Straight Talk has been my provider for eight years, and I take always gotten the best price on data and the about reliable service. The coverage has been excellent. There have been many times where people whom I am with couldn't utilise their phones and they had to use mine. Aside from hardware issues (with the phone itself) I don't remember having any problems with the service. I always recommend Straight talk.

All the years I've had this carrier. I've simply had one disagreement with them. I ended upward losing iii weeks of prepaid service that I had paid for. I bought a new phone. Transferred my phone number. Merely less than 1 week after. My service was cut off. And had been less than ane calendar week since I bought the $90 prepaid menu. That covers 2 of the $55 ultimate unlimited accounts. Just I didn't relieve the pin numbers. The other line maintained its full month of service. But because I didn't keep the old pin number. Customer service told me that there was nix that they could practise to assist me with the loss of the three weeks of service. And so that was my bad feel.
As far as service coverage, reliability, clarity I have never had any complaints with Direct Talk. Always undecayed coverage area. Always at the very least there has always been live customer support, when needed, 24 hrs. a mean solar day. Perchance a little difficult to fully understand the foreign dialect/accent at times. But they accept always been in that location to talk to when needed. That by itself is maxim a lot these days.

Bought both a Samsung Galaxy A-51 and Samsung Galaxy A-12. Both were simply fine until a few days ago. Tin can't access apps that I could before on either phone. Nobody at any cell phone visitor can Help me. Since they are sold and purchased at Walmart. You would remember they would service their phones. Non Truthful. Been to 3 separate Walmarts in 2 different Counties, Lancaster and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. Spent $555 for 1 Including several months of UNLIMITED EVERYTHING. Same with the Samsung Galaxy A-12. A TOTAL Waste product of A LOT OF MONEY. BOUGHT USED CARS FOR LESS.

Am in the process of porting my telephone to some other company. Straight Talk says my account is IMEI number on phone. But information technology'south a PREVIOUS telephone IMEI. vi hours on hold and dropped lines, NO Assist. Online or on phone, they could not notice how to get my account number. But they DID accept my money very speedily. Very hard to get to a man, then the human being could non help. Their website would grey-out my screen, and tell me to call A DISCONTINUED 800- NUMBER! The IMEI number (just last 4 digits) the homo saw was to a dead/dismembered/cleaved phone, but human could not go the full IMEI to port the phone. Their website would not allow me see the "account number" and would not allow me to edit the IMEI on tape.

I bought an unlocked phone that when I inverse companies. Tmobile (who I highly recommend) says is locked, I have been on the phone and paid the $half dozen scam fee to unlock my phone. four days afterward I am still on the telephone trying to unlock my "unlocked" phone. I have been told 3 times that I was sent an email and I notwithstanding have non received an e-mail with the unlock code. I am now being ask why don't I just buy more minutes from their visitor. Farthermost Scam!!!

I transferred my number from AT&T and it was successful but my phone never work. I take been calling customer service 100x and waiting 30min to 1hr. Customer service do not know what they are doing. I think they simply read the same script. 1 lady told me the device and sim are not uniform and then I bought brand new unlocked telephone and ST sim. They tried nonetheless didn't piece of work. I have been told the phone will work after 48 hours for several times. They also asked me to change the sim card the 2nd fourth dimension, they cancelled my account twice and paid $45 two times but the telephone notwithstanding information technology's non working.
I wasted my time and money for 3 weeks has been calling customer service and without telephone. I was pissed off and I requested to talk to supervisor; when they transfer me, it immediately the phone is hang up several times. I actually desire to keep my number only even so it is non working. Finally, I decided to port out to other carrier just they aren't willing to provide the transfer pin. My ST account is still agile just it is non working; very terrible experience. Now I decided new number from other carrier. I am very infuriated.

Do Not Trust this company!!!! They called my senior denizen female parent and convinced her to switch to their service. For 3 weeks the telephone worked. Then she could only text. Could not receive or make calls not even to 911. I called the service number subsequently 1.5 hours on hold and i hour with a tech person that does not speak English language I was told they would have to "accelerate" this situation they hung up. I finally reboot the phone 8 times and it started working. Less than 24 hours same thing with another iii wasted hours with people that you can't understand and they over again hung up. Finally reached a supervisor and another hour wasted. At this point I had to go to piece of work she told ok and hung up. They are charging medicare for this service and it won't work and they won't fix it. It is insurance fraud and a felony. I but wish in that location was someone that would actually help me do something about it.
